Cody Steele has just returned from a doctor’s visit with his adoptive mother, Jessica Ryan. Jessica is upset because Cody had an erection during the exam. She drags Cody home and sits him on the couch next to his stepsister, Lily Larimar. Jessica knows how to fix this. She leaves the room and returns with a hospital gown for Cody to wear in front of his adoptive mother and stepsister. When Jessica sees Lily laughing, she tells Lily that she will play nurse to teach Cheng Cheng self-control.
Under Jessica’s guidance, Lily kneels down to feel Cheng Cheng’s pulse while Jessica tells Cheng Cheng a lot of things not to think about. Jessica tells Lily to give Cody some non-sexual relief, aka “convenience,” while telling Cody not to have fun. Jessica isn’t happy with Lily’s skills, so she lends a helping hand.
