Ashley Wolf was excited to meet the son of one of her husband’s closest friends. When Oliver Flynn arrived from a domestic flight to meet Ashley and her stepdaughter, Vina Sky, Ashley greeted him warmly. She showed Oliver his room and suggested he rest up on his long flight but take care of Vina, who is currently dealing with sexual assault issues. Vina lingered for a moment, looking her guest up and down, before announcing that she was going to take a nap. Ashley reminded Vina that her sheets were still in the laundry room and suggested that Vina take a nap in her bed. Even if Ashley decided to take a nap in the same bed, Vina was willing. There was plenty of room, after all.
Later, Oliver walked down the hallway and saw the bedroom door ajar. He looked inside and saw that Vina was already awake. She waved him over and tried to get him to climb into the bed she and her stepmother shared. Oliver hesitated, but Vina quietly persisted.
